  I had the roller shutters installed at the end of 2015 and It supposed to be 2 weeks works. However, the admin staffs was keep rescheduling our appointment. Even though a confirmed appointment was made but there was no one come over on the day.
  
  It took more than 4 months to finish the whole job before March 2016 eventually.
  
  However, the case is not yet finished !!!
  
  Their installer did not set up the remote control correctly and some roller shutters are not working probably.
  
  I have been chasing them and come back to fix the job since March 2016 until now and but nothing happened at all!
  
  So I strongly recommend stay away from this company, don't need bother what they offer you, just turn around and find someone else. As I believe you will end up with the same situation as I got.
  
  Save your time, save your money and stay away from this company!
